لكل يوم غسل مستحب ويغني عن الوضوء وهي على الترتيب:
1- غسل يوم التروية الثامن من ذي الحجة
2- غسل يوم عرفة وهو التاسع من ذي الحجة
3- غسل العيد وهو العاشر من ذي الحجة
ووقتها من الفجر إلى مغيب الشمس
والأولى في غسل عرفة الاتيان به قبيل الظهر
وغسل العيد قبل صلاة العيد
